PAX Unplugged 2019

PAX Unplugged 2019 was a whirlwind weekend. Jess started the weekend off by volunteering at the Pandasaurus booth and meeting a lot of great people while Schoon checked into the hotel room and put final touches on some of our games.

The following three days were filled with us going booth to booth asking if publishers were accepting pitches for designed games. Then setting meetings in order to actually present those pitches to said publishers. With getting to see friends in between.

Our favorite meetings weren’t specifically with publishers though. On Saturday morning we split apart for separate breakfasts. Schoon went to breakfast with a group that he heard about on Twitter. Jess went to a she/they breakfast that was sponsored by 524 Labs and White Wizard Games.

On Sunday morning we were told that a publisher wanted to publish one of our games. The rest of the day is a blur of excitement that was filled with goodbyes and more volunteering.

We already have our hotel room booked and can’t wait for PAXU 2020!
